When will the Bruins make the playoffs?
By Peter Sciretta,AP Bruins forward Brad Marchand is trying to earn the trust of his teammates by playing his best hockey.
Marchand scored his first NHL goal on Thursday against the Columbus Blue Jackets and the Bruins are in the midst of a five-game winning streak and a stretch where they are tied with the Philadelphia Flyers for the longest active winning streak in the league.
The Bruins are one of just three teams in the NHL with at least 30 wins, the other two being the Chicago Blackhawks and the Minnesota Wild.

Marchs struggles with consistency have started to show as the Bruins have lost five straight games and seven of their last eight.
Marchand has scored just four goals in that span and has not recorded a point since Jan. 18.
March is playing in the second of two games against the New Jersey Devils on Friday.
The second of those games will be played in New Jersey.
March’s play has been a little inconsistent this season, but the coach says the issue is more personal.
Marchisn said Marchis has not been playing well and that he was looking for a new approach this year.
Bosnia and Herzegovina forward Jakub Voracek is on a two-game goal drought.
He was shut down for much of the last two weeks, but he scored his second goal of the season in Wednesday’s 6-2 victory against the Ottawa Senators.
Voracek had four assists in his previous five games.
He has scored a goal or an assist in four of the five games he has played.
